Our Mission and Vision

At SoftFlow, we are a team of IT experts dedicated to supporting organizations in their digital transformation journey. We design and implement modern, reliable, and secure technology solutions tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

We specialize in building comprehensive Data Center environments – from network and server infrastructure, through monitoring and process automation, to cybersecurity, which we consider an integral pillar of every modern infrastructure. We are committed to the highest level of expertise, validated by industry certifications (including CCIE), and to continuous professional development. We share our knowledge through practical, proprietary training programs designed to address the real needs of companies and institutions.

Our vision is to create technologies that simplify everyday work, are resilient to failures, secure, and easy to maintain.

We aim to help reduce the technological gap in Poland, expand services based on artificial intelligence and automation, and operate in accordance with the principles of equality, ethics, and responsibility.

Certifications and Standards

At SoftFlow, we treat quality, security, and information privacy as the foundation of our operations. Our approach directly influences the way we design and deliver our services. We also comply with all GDPR requirements, providing our clients with comprehensive personal data protection in accordance with the highest European standards (more: Privacy Policy).

We are proud to announce that SoftFlow holds ISO certifications, which serve as independent confirmation that our processes, systems, and services meet the highest international standards in terms of quality, security, and privacy protection.

  1. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System. This certification confirms that we effectively protect our clients’ data against loss, unauthorized access, and security breaches. Thanks to this, we are able to provide services at the highest level, ensuring complete information security.
  2. ISO/IEC 27701:2019 – Privacy Information Management System. This is an extension of the ISO 27001 standard with requirements related to personal data protection. Obtaining this certification is proof that our operations are fully compliant with GDPR regulations and that customer data is processed in a secure, transparent, and lawful manner.
  3. ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System. This certification guarantees that our processes are carried out in a repeatable, controlled, and continuously improving manner, which translates into the highest quality of services provided and complete customer satisfaction.

Thanks to these certifications, we are able to implement projects requiring particular attention to security and quality even more effectively, especially in industries such as finance, healthcare, and new technologies.

ESG Policy at SoftFlow

In defining our ESG policy, we have focused on the areas where we have a real impact and which stem from our company culture, business model, values, and beliefs of both the management team and our employees. We are aware of the changing world and the challenges posed by the increasingly deepening climate crisis. Therefore, through our actions and decisions, we align ourselves with the sustainable development strategy announced by the United Nations in 2015 and strive to achieve its goals.

In our operations, we have focused on pursuing several selected goals, with particular emphasis on SDG4 – Quality Education, SDG5 – Gender Equality, SDG9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG13 – Climate Action, while also taking into account the remaining 13 Sustainable Development Goals.

E for Environmental – Environmental Responsibility

  • We provide digital solutions that support the green transformation of our clients. We implement technologies that advance the digitalization of businesses and universities.
  • Our headquarters is located in the green and smart building Varso Place, which features energy and water-saving infrastructure, including water-saving taps and toilets, as well as effective waste segregation and recycling systems.
  • We follow a paperless strategy, implementing a fully digital document workflow.
  • We avoid single-use plastic in the office, opting instead for reusable materials.
  • By using digital communication tools, we have significantly reduced the number of business trips.

Policies and procedures have been implemented to define methods for identifying conflicts of interest and actions to be taken when they occur.

Regular training sessions are conducted to increase employee awareness regarding the identification and avoidance of conflict situations.

Additionally, the company ensures the independence of supervisory and control functions and continuously monitors compliance with ethical principles and integrity in all activities undertaken.

f) Responsible supply chain and prevention of child labour and modern slavery

SoftFlow cooperates exclusively with manufacturers and suppliers with a proven reputation and quality standards who comply with ethical principles, labour laws, and human rights. We require our partners to apply fair employment practices, provide safe working conditions, and strictly prohibit the use of child labour, forced labour, and other forms of modern slavery.

In our relationships with suppliers, we follow the principle of due diligence – we verify their credibility, ethical and social standards, and the origin of materials. If violations related to human rights or ethical principles are identified, we require the implementation of a corrective action plan and reserve the right to terminate cooperation if no improvement is achieved.

SoftFlow carries out educational activities to raise awareness among employees and business partners regarding ethics, the prevention of exploitation, and responsible supply chain management.
