ESG Policy at SoftFlow

ESG Policy at SoftFlow

When defining our ESG policy, we focused on the areas where we have a real and measurable impact—those that naturally stem from our company’s culture, business model, values, and the beliefs of both our leadership and employees. We are fully aware of the rapidly changing world and the challenges brought about by the deepening climate crisis. As such, our actions and decisions align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced in 2015, and we are committed to contributing to their implementation.

We have chosen to focus on several key SDGs, particularly:

SDG 4 – Quality Education
SDG 5 – Gender Equality
SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
SDG 13 – Climate Action

—while also remaining mindful of the remaining thirteen goals.

We have grouped our ESG initiatives into the following categories:

E for Environmental – Environmental Responsibility

  • We provide digital solutions that support the green transformation of our clients. We implement technologies that advance the digitalization of businesses and universities.
  • Our headquarters is located in the green and smart building Varso Place, which features energy and water-saving infrastructure, including water-saving taps and toilets, as well as effective waste segregation and recycling systems.
  • We follow a paperless strategy, implementing a fully digital document workflow.
  • We avoid single-use plastic in the office, opting instead for reusable materials.
  • By using digital communication tools, we have significantly reduced the number of business trips.
  • Our employees actively participate in charitable activities related to climate action.

S for Social – Social Responsibility

  • We promote diversity and equality while actively counteracting discrimination.
  • We have partnered with the TryIT Foundation and organize workshops for young women—students and graduates—who are entering the IT field. These are hands-on, mentoring-based workshops under the banner Girls Go Net, showcasing equal opportunities for women in tech.
  • We support continuous professional development for our employees by organizing training sessions and providing access to expert knowledge and certifications.
  • We strive to create a friendly, inclusive, and respectful workplace, encouraging open dialogue with our employees. Every team member has the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.
  • We provide an internal training and integration budget, including family-inclusive events.
  • We offer flexible working hours and employment arrangements, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

G for Governance – Sustainable Management

  • We maintain transparent communication with all clients and partners.
  • Transparency is the foundation of how we manage our organization.
  • We continuously improve our internal processes, as well as our quality management system and operational procedures.
  • We uphold the highest ethical standards in our work with business partners, clearly outlining our company’s code of ethics. We actively prevent corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, and any form of misconduct that could harm our company or stakeholders.
